2008 – PATA (Pacific Asia Travel Association)-Gold Preservation Award
PATA’s Gold Awards recognize exceptional achievement in a variety of endeavours, bringing acclaim to the best that Asia Pacific’s travel industry has to offer. In July 2008, Tauck Yellowstone volunteer program was awarded the PATA Gold Award in India.
2006 – WHITE HOUSE Preserve America Award (presented by President George W. Bush)*
The nation’s highest honor for historical preservation recognizes “exemplary accomplishments in the sustainable use and preservation of cultural or natural heritage assets.”
2005 – U.S. DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR “Take Pride in America” Award*
The Department of the Interior, Take Pride in America is a national partnership promoting volunteer efforts to improve America’s public spaces, forests, wildlife refuges and cultural and historic sites. The award was presented to president Robin Tauck and Liz Tauck by Secretary of the Interior Gale Norton in Washington, DC.
2004 – TIA “Odyssey Award” Public & Community Service*
In 2004, Tauck’s Yellowstone program was been recognized with the TIA’s “Odyssey Award” Public & Community Service. TIA represents the broad spectrum of all USA travel companies including airlines, cruiselines, hotels, tours, rental cars, and destinations.
