Tauck-Romano Innovative Philanthropy is a 501(c)(3) private family foundation established by Robin Tauck, Peter Romano and family members.  We are based in Fairfield County, Connecticut.

Our primary mission is to support innovative or newly established programs focusing on global and local sustainable land use, US/International relations, cultural heritage development, and global antiquities protection.  Our goal is to sustain long-term positive change through education, leadership, cross cultural understanding and partnerships/teamwork.

Tauck Foundation

The Tauck Foundation is a 501(c)(3) private, family foundation serving interests of the multi-generational Tauck family residing in Connecticut, New York and Washington State. The Foundation primarily supports “Youth Development.” The foundation's funding priorities are a reflection of the shared values of the family; integrity, compassion, commitment, and opportunity, and programs for low-income, middle or high school students. An operational travel program, Sparks -- is a structured, educational, and experiential summer travel program for young people implemented by a diverse range of youth organizations in Southwestern CT, Rochester, NY and Ithaca, NY.

World of Giving

Launched in 1998, World of Giving is the in-house corporate giving program for Tauck World Discovery and its 550 employees worldwide. Dedicated to “making a difference,” in historical and cultural preservation, and in the lives of others and future stewardship. World of Giving excels at large volunteerism events, voluntourism by travelers, industry advocacy, engagement, extensive global grants and community giving. Over 50 grants (over $2,000,000) and over 20 volunteer programs have been provided, and over 15,000 volunteers have joined Tauck programs. World of Giving also partners with government, private companies and non-profit organizations to serve special regions and cultures where Tauck operates its programs, such as U.S. National Park Service, Save America’s Treasures, Tourism Cares and more.
